Control/Dimming Rig Works, Added Dimmer Doubler B Sides Do Not

I have a rig that has been up and running for a few months, shows are open and all was well. We are adding another show to the rep, and that means adding some specials. The units are circuited, through dimmer doublers, to a mult, and plugged into dimmer racks, in dimmers that were used for another show. The patch for the new show file (which was a copy of another show now reflecting the additions) in the console is setup to channel the units the way the designer wants, accounting for the A and B sides of dimmer doublers. Most of the rig is dimmer doubled so it is odd to discover that only the A side of the dimmer doublers of the added units are responding.

We checked all of the equipment; units, cables, circuits, dimmer doublers, and rack. It all works correctly independently. We also power cycled the console (An ETC Ion running 2 universes through a gateway) and are still having the same issue where only the A side works.

Any suggestions of possible issues we may have missed?

As we took the copy of another show file, the system settings were not copied. So the offset was set to the default of 20000. After merging the patch and system settings from the other show file, all is well.

I am curious how the console was able to turn on the B sides for everything else, when the offset was wrong....
