Automated Fixtures Robe Colorspot 575 Problems

So I began to have problems with one of our Colorspot fixtures a few days ago. It happened after a power off and bulb change. The fixture powers, responds to DMX commands. (strike, yoke movement, etc.) however, it will not open it's shutter, iris, change the lens angle. Pretty much everything after the color/gobo wheels is non functional. Also interesting is that the frost glass and prism motors seem to be in seizure clicking back and forth. I've heard this is a control board issue. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
