Sennheiser HD 25 ii

Hay i just got a new pair of Sennheiser HD 25 ii, i'm looking for a few things about them and cant find it anywhere. i'm trying to work out how to replace the stock ear pads with the velour set it came with. i think i have to just pull them off but i don't want to do that without knowing for sure thats what you do, don't particularly want to brake a £140 pair of headphones. also is there a need to brake them in? if so how long do i need to do it for?

I haven't used the HD 25 II's, but when I replace the muffs on my HD 280's you have to pull them off with a little bit of force and then stretch the replacement ones on.
