Control/Dimming Strand 300 "mini" LCD screen not working...

Hi all,

A few weeks ago another member of staff tried to program some subs without knowing what buttons to push. As a result, they pushed random buttons until they managed to program the subs they wanted.
I turned the desk on today to find that it was still functioning... apart from the "mini" LCD screen on the desk itself (not the external LCD monitor). The back light on the screen works fine, and there aren't any visible signs of damage, so does anyone know what they might have done and more importantly, how I would undo it?
I have asked what buttons they pushed... and the response was "the ones on the blue bit"...

Cheers,
Dan

Dan,

I would first check and see what the Contrast and Backlight Light settings are for that LCD screen. If you go into User Setup and then under Console, it gives you the options to change the Contrast and Backlight for LCD. Try changing those settings and see if that helps. Let me know if that doesn’t work. Thanks.
