Strand C21 Processor Question.

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to ask a quick question regarding the C21 processor from strand. Yesterday, we had to reboot the racks for our main stage space. 2 of the 3 came back on, but rack number 3 is stuck on self test and none of the buttons respond. Does anybody have any suggestions to fix this?

Cut the power to the rack (do it safely, please), wait 5-10 minutes and power it up again. If this doesn't get things working, it's time to call Strand [1-800-4Strand].
