strand lighting board submaster bump keys

at my school we have a strand lighting board 300 console and our submaster/fader bump keys don't work, does anyone know how to fix them?
its driving me and my teacher INSANE.

Strand made up this stupid key, the Bump Mode key or something of that nature, find that key and press it, and it will begin to make sense.

EDIT:

Scratch that, the 500 series have that key, not the 300. Give me a little while to look it up.

EDIT 2:

Here's the solution:

Type [SHIFT+V] and that should deliver you to the 'Bump Mode' screen on the LCD display (Not, however, the monitor) Change the option from 'Keys Latch' to 'Flash'.
