TEATRONICS....

I'm new here but don't know where else to ask this question.

I ordered two dimmer packs from TEATRONICS last June. After six months of no product we asked for a refund. That was three months ago. They have been giving us the runaround. Anyone have any insight in this company.
 
I've always had excellent service from Teatronics owner Jim Joffee. I had an issue a few years ago due to them having a problem sourcing parts for some products in their lineup and like you had to initiate the communications. Obviously you've been waiting a long time; all I can recommend is to get him on the phone and explain (again) that you can't wait forever and need a refund or firm delivery date.
