Is there any cheap way to conntact a single channel Clearcom system to a dual channel Telex audio com system.

I think that you are going to be limited in general to connecting one Clear-Com channel to one channel of the Telex system, but if it is actually Telex and not RTS then how about this, Telex Audiocom CCB-1: Interface? Available for about $165 to $225 from numerous sources.
