Hello, my venue recently purchased a Clear Com Tempest 900 (900MHz) and the system works amazingly well and I am extremely happy with this purchase but I have encountered an issue and I wanted to check the community to see if anyone else is experiencing anything similar. It has to do with the beltpack batteries. We purchased the charger and I have had a couple issues with the batteries and/or charger. First one is that one of my batteries does not charge in either the beltpack (when plugged in of course) or the batter recharge station. The other issue is one of the batteries indicates it is fully charged but when I put it in the beltpack it reads as 0% and then turns off. I don’t know if others are having similar problems with your batteries but if you are please respond to this post so I can get an idea if this is a battery issue or a charger issue, and yes I am in contact with the vendor I purchased from.
