Twin Spin control

My theatre recently bought a twinspin and I am having trouble getting it to work. We run an ETC Ion and use scrollers and IQs with no problem. The DMX is connected and it is run to power, I have tried different modes, and I just can't think of anything else to try. I'm sure I'm missing something stupid, can anyone help?

I'm resurrecting this post because I have the same problem. Everything is patched correctly, AFAIK, and power/data is present in both units. They operate in the standalone modes but I can't control them with the console. The manual is little help for troubleshooting and I've followed it to a T.
