You have local stage hands like me to do the grunt work but I’ve heard some real horror stories about local hand luckily im on a pretty decent crew here in Washington.Based on the tiny bit I saw on the tv show (it sucked and the "plot" was very slow paced) I think there's a lot of turnover. And you'll be doing a lot of non-stage work. Setting up vendor tents, hauling water, tons of B.S. work. But it might be a good experience if you're 18 and have no obligations.
