Les Well-Known Member Mar 26, 2015 #1 Does anyone know the correct gauge for the VL500 80v's power input cable (uses an 80v 1200w lamp)? I have a bunch of 16-gauge cordsets here but I am not sure if they are heavy enough. Seems like it would be right on the cusp of being under-sized.

Erik456 Member Mar 27, 2015 #2 I was supplied 14g cable w/ Powercon from PRG UK for the last tour I built over there. It a 1200w lamp so it draws anywhere between 6-11amps depending on supplied input voltage.
