What do u guys think???

This is a set that we built for our spring musical Guys and Dolls! The cloth is painted with really watered down paint, and behind them are florescent lights in the front. The back two walls have Scoops hung from the cloud. For the drop we used blades to cut out all of the colored squares you see. Then we painted the front using an old over head projector. Not shown are two carts we painted for the sewer scene. The Havana drop that was attached to a track right in front of the New York drop. And three windows that were also attached to the track for the interior mission. I just wanted to know what you guys think of the set. Oh, and this was built by middle school students. guys and dolls set.jpg

Looks like it was a great learning and teaching vehicle! Y'all got to play with Forced perspective, multiple layers of drops and a highly stylized approach to a show that is often produced with an eye towards the "dingy".

Did the costume plot use the same Bright pallette ?
