An Elation Scene Setter 48 might be able to do what you want. I'm not sure how many channels Right Arms or Pro Color scrollers take so it may not have enough channels though.

I contacted Apollo Designs and found that each Right Arm needs two channels and you set the channels your need in the RA or the Smart Color pro. So the 48 might be all I need.

I'm a fan of ETC, and the element would certainly be enough for them, but cost is slightly prohibitive.
