Winamp Timecode with MagicQ PC

I have yet to find a tutorial or explanation on how to do this and I seem to be having trouble getting this set up.

I do not have a wing so I need to use MagicQ Mediacentre to stream the timecode. So far I was able to get Mediacentre up and running with Winamp and it shows that it is streaming the correct timecode. The part I am confused about is how to read this in MagicQ PC. Would anyone be able to explain how to do this?

I could be mistaken, but I believe this only works if you have one of their hardware devices; not just the free PC version. If I am correct, the least expensive option to allow it is their two DMX universe box:
