3 Pin to 4 Pin?

It can be done but there's no pinout standard. It's a matter of figuring out how to connect a particular type of mic to that transmitter. Documentation to wire mic brand X to transmitter brand Y isn't always available. Information is more available when the mic company doesn't compete with their own wireless products (for example Countryman and DPA). Some mics need a resistor or capacitor to interface correctly. The connectors are tight and the wires are thin, so it takes some good soldering skills.

Thanks!
