Chauvet Legend 150 Mounting

We have 2 chauvet legend 150 (discontinued) and currentyly have them sitting above the door to our theatre. We would like them closer but can't figure out how to mount them properly. They have 4 threaded holes in a line on the bottom of the base for mounting, but they didn't come with the mounting accessories. If anyone knows a safe way to mount these on a boom or baton, please tell.

If the proper mounting bracket cannot be found (or fabricated):

a Flat Socket Head Cap Screw:

(similar to M8-1.25 x 25 DIN 7991 A4 S/S (316) Flat Socket Head Cap Screw | Fastenal), of appropriate length and threads,

should fit in a half-coupler:

Always used in pairs, and with a Safety Cable, of course.

Man, we had this same problem with the 150R's we had in high school. Chauvet really didn't make the rigging procedures clear at all.

They usually come packed with that bracket, although the screws that come with them are usually barrel head with washers. Not this size, but look more like this- M10 x 25mmL DIN 912-8.8 Plain Finish Socket Head Cap Screw | Fastenal
