Control/Dimming Chauvet Reve E-3 Colour control issue

Good afternoon all,
This is another thread about the Chauvet Reve E-3 Fixture.
I am having some troubles with a dozen of the Chauvet Reve E-3 fixtures.. We are controlling them with an ETC Gio (ver3.1.5) and the fixtures are in 18ch mode.
We have trouble changing the colour of the fixtures using the colour picker or colour pallets. We can recall the colour from another cue but they don't change any other way.
I use the same fixture in another venue in 14ch2 mode and have not had any problems with them. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi Geoff,
ETC color picker did not work well with the Reve (originally). @Lextech chased them for a solution, and they released a software update last January (I think) that resolved most of the issues.
If one of your venues has updated console software, and the other does not, that could explain the issue you’re seeing.

Make sure you are using the most recent Fixture Library. The Lime chip was not included in the original profile. Note, I am using 18 channel mode only and they work just fine.
