Automated Fixtures City Theatrical Projector Dowsers freaking out

So I just got a call from a show of mine that the projector dowsers "freaked out" and they just kept opening and closing and they couldn't get them to stop until they went to a cue. Then they wouldn't move again.

Now, I am not going to rule out operator error because I have no idea what they are doing down there, but is there something that might make that happen? Power issue or something?

Hmmmm, if this hasn't been a problem until now, could be a number of things How is the PSU being powered? The PSU failing or an accidental keystroke affecting the dimmer/channel providing power to it if relay or dimmer (tsk tsk) powered programming seem likely culprits.

Is the dowser power supply on a dimming channel, maybe?

I believe I have ruled it operator error.
