Clearcom Wireless to wired

Hi

We have a wired clearom system with a 4 channel base station. Headsets are 4 pin, channel ports around the theater are 3 pin XLR. I want to add some wireless head sets to our wired base station, probably by plugging in a wireless transmitter station on a channel wherever I want which sends/receives to a wireless belt-pack. What model do I need to look at on clear com? Is it the HME-DX 121? Any input/advice on functionality?

Thanks,

Chad

For wireless PL, you generally need one transmitter for the whole system, and one receiver on a separate frequency for each wireless pack, in order to get full duplex. There's been somebody selling a set of 6 on eBay, for $99 a unit, for some months now. Korean TV network out in California. Dunno from condition.

It all depends on how much $$$$ you want to spend. On the cheap, go for a Clear-Com WBS-670. Its a single channel system, and you can just plug in the wired comm to it. They also have Tempest and Cell-Com, but those are probably a lot more than what you need.
