Hey all! I've tried calling tech support and they basically told me they have no idea so maybe someone here can help... I have an iplayer 3, 2 separate dmx universes with 156 lights each so I'm covered on my addressing... But the problem I'm having is when I have just 1 dmx universe ( doesn't matter which of my 2) connected to the iplayer, my shows work with no issue. But if I connect both of them to the iplayer together, my shows no longer work as well as the iplayer stops responding to presets. I have my shows configured separately in terms of the 1st set of 156 is configured to come off of supply 1, and the 2nd set of 156 off output 2. Any ideas for me to play with?
