I am trying to create a effect that will scroll through colors on a generic RGB LED fixture. Console is an ETC expression 3. Whats the easiest way to do this? Thank You

Some leds like elation pars have a "color" function. You can set a step effect, each step is a new color.
If not, then use the step effect to blend colors. Step 1 chanel red time 2, up 1, dwell 1, down 1. Step 2 blue and step 3 green. Adjust times as desired.
Another way is to use multiple fixtures in each step. For example with 3 fixtures, step 1 fix 1 red, fix 2 blue, fix 3 green. Step 2 fix 1 blue, fix 2 green, fix 3 red. Step 3 fix 1 green, fix 2 red, fix 3 blue. Adjust times as desired. You can put the effects on a sub. Either bump or slider to run effect.
One more way is to use a subrutine. Record cue 1 through 4 Each cue with any fixtures and blend as you like. Go to blind, create a sub #, type = subroutine. Add each cue as a new step. Set it to repeat.
