@DavidNorth, is that what you were saying? And, is this something we can fix ourselves if that is the issue by placing a patch cable between the two lines and testing the third?
Yes, that's it exactly. If you jumper across the plate, the last plate should work. It is something you can fix by taking the plate out of the strip [4 screws] and swapping the wires from input to output and then it is taken care of forever. But do the jumper first just to be sure.
Bill asks an important question [has it ever worked?] for two reasons: if this is truly a new issue, then something really odd has happened and we need to dig further, and then, if it has never worked, then someone never checked it at turn on. That would fall on our shoulders now for resolution.
