Elation 6 PAR 200 Won't Unlock

Hello. I'm having a bit of an issue with some Elation 6 par 200's at a new place I'm working. Many of them have varying issues with bad PCB boards and/or LED drivers from being left on previously all the time. This particular one won't unlock, at all. Holding down [mode] doesn't work, and neither does the [up] [down] [up] [down] [enter] command. I've also tried combinations of [mode][enter] and [up][down] at the same time, to no avail. Got any new suggestions? I was at least able to see it's version 1.11 when freshly powered on, but can't get it to avoid unlock that way either.

Should be press and hold [mode] for 5 seconds.

How are these units getting power? Direct wall power, through a dimming system, or something else?

Maybe the mode button is bad?
