Vintage Lighting Electro Controls Celebrity Board - Help needed

Unfortunately, there is a huge hole in my knowledge of ECmux, so this is all pretty unfamiliar territory for me. I do second giving Stagelight a call. They are right off of Walnut Hill near I-35. I've spoken with them on the phone before and they were nice guys, and I'll bet they'll send somebody out. You might have to pay for their time, but unfortunately I do think we are at that point.
