The high school in my area has a Strand GSX console and I have only used ETC boards, so I was curious what the differences the two had. Not necessarily the specs but how you program on it. Mostly the difference between an Express and the GSX. Thanks
The syntax of everything is very similar so you should be able to pick up a GSX quickly if you know the Express. Prepare to be frustrated with things not working quite the way you want them to on the GSX. Also there is no park.
If you have more specific questions I just replaced my theater's GSX with an Express and I came from an Express background before that so I know both consoles well.
