Control/Dimming ETC Idea 36 - Can it autofollow and link?

Hello there, sorry for the question, but I am working with an ETC Idea 36 board for the first time, and need to set up autofollow and cue links... Is it possible or is this board to simple to do that? Also, can the effects be saved as cues or just as loadable effects between cues?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pretty sure the answer to both questions is "No." You have the Idea User Manual.pdf, right?
