Depends what you want to do with it. I've used it a few time for events with DJs. I found it a bit confusing to get up and running but it worked great after. I mostly used it in sound activated mode. I liked being able to lay out where all of my lights were in the workspace. One of the events was a cast party for a show. Ended up hanging LED Pars around the house with a few LED strips and having the ability to easily pick them from the screen was awesome.
