Global Truss ST-180

I've got a small gig coming up where I will be lifting about 900lbs on a 26' long by 8' deep truss box/square. It's for inside. I typically use 4 sticks of truss as vertical support; however, am thinking about using 4 of the global truss st-180s instead. About 400lbs of the rig is truss and the rest is drape, fixtures (no moving heads), and some decorative things.

Any thoughts from you all?

The GT 180's rated weight is 440 lbs. It is going to slightly over max weight so I wouldn't.

Sounds fine to me 440lbs x4 lifts, is well above the WLL needed for the 900lb load.

Sounds fine, is your concern that it's a crank stand? Global Truss ST-180's are designed to lift truss, just use the outriggers and follow the manufactures directions for use.
