Help with bench focusing

Hmm. I've never seen this particular issue before! What is up with this s4 ellipse?

I think the lamp is out too far.

 

[Lite rite]

It must be stuck too far out or something. It's an older model - a 19 degree more "squarish" barrel. More of the older ones seem to ghost on the edges. These lights have had a lot of issues.

Are the correct len(ses) installed and in the correct positions? A missing lens or lens in the wrong slot can cause the reflector's pattern to be projected like the picture.

The lens was in the 26 degree slot and backwards. Winning.
