After reading the RTS guides and CommsGuy site I feel this wiring

should work. Adam frame has DB9 connections and I'm going RJ12 to keypanels.

Can you clarify your question? You're trying to interface between two different brands of intercom and asking for help with the pinout? I think we need a little more info...
