Leko alternative spelling?

Ok I have no idea what brand that is. The shutter handles are screaming Strand, but I dont recognise the body.

That is "the last Strand Leko" (Strand 2230 pictured), which came out sometime around the early 90's. This particular one belongs to @derekleffew.
