Automated Fixtures Mac 250 and ETC Element Problem

Recently our Mac 250s have been doing strange things when we pan or tilt them. The light shutters closed as it moves, and the shutter opens again when it finishes moving. This is for normal control since there are no cues yet. Is there an option somewhere that might have been turned on. We use an etc element.

Which Mac250's are you using? The older Mac250+ or the 250 Entour/Krypton range?

The 250+'s....not sure.
If it's the Entour/Krypton range, there is a setting on Pan/Tilt Speed for Move in black (channel 14 or 17 depending on the mode) and a value of 99-100.

Check that channel and see if something got changed in the fixture defaults.

Check to make sure they're addressed properly both on the fixture and in the soft patch. Also check to make sure the profile is the correct one to match the type of 250 you're using.
