Narrow Lighting Ladder

Does anyone know of anyone who makes an off-the-shelf 2 rung lighting ladder that is narrower than standard?
Looking for about 18 inches instead of the normal ~24.

The Altman 262 2-rung ladder is 20" wide, you can order one through an Altman Dealer.
SSRC's ladders have standard width is 24", but they do offer custom width / height, which would need to be quoted through an SSRC dealer.

Those are the only two brands I can think of that make Lighting Ladders off the top of my head.
