non-glare glass

If you had to use a water color painting as set dressing and the artist insisted on glass, would non-glare glass cause fewer reflection problems and distractions than plain glass? (please accept the givens as givens - and I'm just asking for a friend)

I can't see a reason not to use plastic instead of glass. Especially if you are making a watercolor or stained glass. I have made plenty of stained glass windows, and just plain windows on my sets over the years, and I always buy cheap poster frames and use the thin plastic as my "Glass".

I agree that adding a Matte spray will take away the glare regardless of the type of glass.
