Design Northern Lights

Alright, so I'm new to this forum. I'm putting on "Almost, Maine" and a major part of it is the northern lights. I don't have a huge selection of lights to choose from, a bunch of Source 4s and a few strip lights. I run an ETC Express 24. Well, to the point. I need a way to create the northern lights... Anybody have any ideas??
