Hey all. Ok..I've been sitting here "playing" with our new Ion. Got all the BASICS done...got the board hooked up with dual screens, 20 channel fader wing...and got all my dimmers patched 1 to 1..and have even set up 10 submasters to control our "company plot" for simple concerts, house lights, and various color cyc lights.
NOW...here is what I'd like to do next.... have 3 electrics....each electric has a dmx output on it....1st elect is DMX 8, 2nd elect is DMX 9, and 3rd elect is DMX 10(these are in relation to the Optispliter outputs) . I have on each batton (8) Blizzard Lighting PUCK PRO ZOOMS. they each use 13 DMX channels. I want to set all 8 on 1st Elect to DMX channel 200, 2nd Electric to DMX channel 214, and 3rd elect to channel DMX ch 227
the weird thing about my DMX setup is I THINK I can only use "port/universe" 2....as there is a DMX setup back near my dimmer racks where there is only one input, and that says DMX 2 and then that goes into a Fleenor Isolated splitter, and then that splits out to DMX ouputs 8,9,10,11
SO...with that said...Can someone tell me how to patch in each of my electrics to control these LED Pucks on each electric?
