Parts for an RGB Geyser?

Hi Guys,
My RGB Geyser was leaking, and I need to replace a fitting for the pump.
I tried Chauvets website, but can't figure out how to identify the part I need to order it since very few of the items have thumbnails and there are no schematics to get the part number.

I filled out their help form and sent them an email but have gotten no replies, very poor service so far.

My next step is to just start searching out plumbing fittings, or I may have to solder my own together.

Here is the part, and ideas how I can get a replacement?
Thanks,
Tim

Any big box store will have it. My go to is Home Depot though. They are all knowledgable, especially at the pro desk. Take the fitting and nut in with you. They will match something.

This was first search.

No luck at Home Depot. It appears to be a custom piece, the nipple that is attached to the threaded nut is soldered and a specific size and is part of the pump assembly. I can make it out of partd, but I will try calling Chauvet again. Thanks all.

Just an update: Calling Chauvet did not work for me, but sending an email with my photo got a clear response with the parts information. All is well.
