I have a large led wall behind our dj controlled by maxedia. When I turn on the power a long 20"x3" shows up on 1 panel and then disappears sometimes after I run a lot of graphics and colors through it. any Idea what this could be? I see this on other LED walls around town.
It apears as if you have a bad driver chip. I don't have experience repairing these so I don't know if you can repair it or need to replace it (the panel). At some point, it will fail entirely.
Yes, it's a bad/going bad driver. As it heats up it will disappear for a short time. If you have a rework station you can try and heat it a bit and push it down. Quite often that will fix the problem. Who is the manufacturer?
