A bit of background. Touring with a Broadway tour that has 11 kids. In the state of CA there is a required state issued tutor for these children, on top of the one we already tour. The state sponsored tutor produced a document about atmospherics. Said document is: 'Safety Buletin #10' issued in 1999.

Question for the group. My tour is being questioned regarding the use of a MDG Hazer with the standard Neutral fluid. In addition, we have a LSG fogger using the Molecular Low Lying fluid. All devices comply with Equity rules, including time/distance clauses. She is saying no oil based fluids are allowed in the state of California.
Had anyone else encountered this? We are trying to descern chemical compositions of these fluids based off the MSDS to see if this document holds clause. Any help would be appreciated. In my years of touring this is the first time I have ever encountered this, having played CA many, many times.
