Trying to download fixture profile from MA share but no success

Hi Welcome to Control Booth. This is a great forum full of loads of great advice, etc. Tell us a little about yourself.
First off perhaps you should post in the LIGHTING forum with your question, you are more likely to get a good reply as most of us who do lighting are more likely to see your thread sooner. [Thread moved to Lighting by Moderator.]
As for your question, I have no experience with MA2 on PC at all being more of a theatre guy. However what do you mean "can't get MA2 on PC to see the fixture"?
As with any lighting system there is more than just downloading a profile and boom there you go. The lighting console (or software on PC) does not auto-discover what is connected via DMX. You have to know what channels the fixture is set to, and patch the fixture into the console at that starting DMX channel. I am sure the user manual gives a detailed description on how to do this. I also happen to know there are lots of demonstration videos for MA consoles.
