Used Lighting Console

We were wonderding if any was or had upgraded thier console and had their used one up for sale. We are paticularly looking for ETC Element 2 or Ion.

Look at places such as your local rental house (if yo have one) or online like Used Lighting dot com. Looks like they have an Ion 6000.

Most placed won't have a used or upgraded element 2 available. My school might have an Element 1 (windows XP) floating around in a closet.

Interesting. Roughly where are you located? We are in central Florida. And just out of interest if the ELE1 is floating about what did you upgrade too? Personally I would love to see the day ETC moved the EOS to Linux. EOS is the only program on my PC at home that must have Windows. Without it goodbye MS.

located in NJ, the Element 1, was the console before our major auditorium refit 5 years ago. We upgraded to an Ion Xe. We still pull it out on occasion but we are looking to pick up a GadgetNomad education bundle to do the little bit of offsite stuff we do.

just noticed Bill is offering up FS a ETC Element, and his has the win 7 upgrade. That'd be your best bet if you can make a deal with him.

I have run nomad under wine.... havn't tried it lately, and only the "offline" havn't tried to actually output.. but if I recall it wasn't too bad as I was fiddling about with it.
