Vectorworks Help?

Hi i have the student edition of vectorworks 2009 and i am running windows 7 after i installed it i try running it and nothing shows up but if i look at task manager under processes it says its running but nothing opens
Help Please?

Are you sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements? VW is a pretty hefty program. If it does and it still doesn't work, try restarting your computer. If that fails, uninstall and reinstall the program.

I've had the same problem, I think. I would open the program, I'd get the splash screen over the actual program and it would just hang forever.

How much RAM do you have?

4 gigs of ram

yes twice its is the student licence
