Don't expect anything. Get them your tech rider ASAP.
We just did a show tonight. No tech rider. They showed up wanting a 4 color stage wash (nope), a follow spot (nope), 8 moving head spots (nope), a dozen LEDs (yup, but hung in the wrong place), 10 Clear Coms (they have 7), and a wall projection or LED wall (hell no).
They got a system of two washes on color scrollers for the whole space (all or nothing), a cool front, warm front, cool side, and warm side system, and 12 LEDs washing the brick wall at the back of the space.
No rider, no gear.
