What school should i go to, to become a lighting designer

i want to go to school to be a Lighting Designer and i want to get a degree in that and also for Video Production But i don't know what school i should go to or apply for. i live in Maryland so i kinda want something that is close to home so i don't have to go far. So if anyone can help me or give me advice i really appreciate it.
