I had an LS9-16 at my previous church. I figured it out on my own for the most part. Of course you should read the manual cover to cover. Other than that, the forums here and over at ProSoundWeb are great; lots of LS9 users around.

Yamaha has tutorials on their website, and I'd bet there's tons of videos on Youtube
