Philips/Lightolier Lytemode Designer House-light/ Preset control help

Hey guys. So I am having a really hard time with our house light/ preset controller. It is a Lightolier/phillips/ light lynx lytmode designer suite software that goes out to some preset button panels and a couple of touch screens. I recently refocused our lighting plot and hence need to update the presets we have built, however I cannot seem to figure out how to do that. Every other preset type system I have used before it was as simple as bring up lights on the lighting console, then record a snapshot of that look at the preset station. When I attempted that this morning I recorded over one of our presets and it ended up being back. nothing.

I have called SEVERAL numbers and have gotten passed around all over phillips and lightolier and everyone just say oh well call this number they can help you. I am tired of the philips run-around and just need answers because we use those presets quite often so those who are unexperienced with the light board can bring up lights for small shows.

So if anyone has any advice or knows someone I can contact I would greatly appreciate it.

I forwarded your information inquiry to Lightolier last week. I work for Strand technical support and was curious as to whether you had gotten a reply from Lightolier yet concerning your Lightlynx interface?
I worked for Lightolier tech support for ten years and am familiar with most of their systems. If you haven't gotten a response yet from Lightolier, I'll give it a shot.
