Control/Dimming ION XE Intensity Wheel

Our intensity wheel has been intermittent recently. We are in tech so I don't want to call ETC till after we close but has this happened to anyone else? I can try to reseed the cabling going to it. Do you think this is something that ETC could sell me a part and I can install it, or have to ship it out?

If time allows you might go ahead and contact ETC support now, they might have some ideas.

Likely the encoder is dirty or worn. Parts replacement is the usual fix.

There is a face panel test utility located within the settings menus, if that is helpful for testing faders, buttons, etc.
