I'm looking for a clamp that will allow me to join a chord of 12" box truss (2" OD chord) to a 1.5" pipe (1-7/8" OD) on a right angle. The pipes can't be offset from each other, and I can't slip one end over the truss chord like you would use a normal "Tee" speed rail. Basically, what I need is http://www.simplifiedbuilding.com/store/components/kee-klamp/a10-split-single-socket-tee.html but for 2" OD pipe. I have tried Kee, Holleander & Doughty but can't find something that will work.
This has become surprisingly difficult to find, as most manufacturers only have solutions going up to 1-7/8" OD. Doughty sells welding half cheeseboros, but I really don't want to make it a permanent fix to the pipe. Any ideas?
