I'm using the MagicQ software with a tablet pc and enttec pro right now for a show that's coming up.

I was wondering about a few things...

Can I set a default time and mode for cues?

The show is pretty simple utilizing several cues over and over again...should I just set the two acts into their own separate cue stacks and put multiple cues in there?

Also, I saved my show and settings, but my cues and playbacks never seem to save...am I doing something wrong?

That's all I can think of right now from rehearsal...although their was more.lol

Yes, you can set a default fade time. You set it in "view defaults".... "step times".... LTP fade in and LTP fade out. It is in the cue stack menu. While your their turn on auto move while dark and all that fun stuff. As far as the saving thing goes, magicQ should always save its state, you might have a bug or are not doing something right. As far as the cue stack thing goes, its up to you. Usually for theatre style shows 1 cue stack is the way to go.
